Erasmus+ Teacher Training Courses for Educators

I came looking for practical ideas that I could actually use when I returned to school. The sessions gave me exactly that, while also creating plenty of space to exchange experiences with teachers from other countries.

The course was very well organised without ever feeling rigid. There was enough structure to stay focused, but also enough freedom to discuss the situations we actually face in our schools.

What I appreciated most was that we did not stay at the theory level. I left with activities, methods and ideas that I could immediately adapt to my own students and teaching environment.

You learn from the trainer, but you also learn enormously from the other participants. Seeing how colleagues across Europe approach similar challenges gave me a completely different perspective.

I especially enjoyed the balance between learning, collaboration and conversation. The atmosphere was professional but relaxed, and genuinely international from the very first day.

Clear communication before the course, a welcoming atmosphere and a programme that respected our time. It was a very positive experience and I would happily participate in another InterAct course.
